Cool, Calm & Collected BOMBPROOF contains a moderate level of tryptophan and extra tyrosine in addition to chelated calcium.

Cool, Calm & Collected BOMBPROOFING works best when NOT fed alongside dietary ingredients that work in the opposite way. These ingredients (mostly magnesium and many herbs) are becoming more common in modern horse diets yet have no science to support their use. They are often not clear on product labels and web sites either yet our recent diet reviews show that roughly 75% of modern diets have GABA agonists in them and 95% have added magnesium! To Identify if you have any of these things we strongly suggest that you fill in our Free Diet Review Form so we can make a recommendation with the best possible chance of achieving what you want:

The use of chelated calcium in horses is covered by a patent with EquiFeast as the sole licensee worldwide.

A “loading period” is recommended initially. Use this STARTER pack if you have not used a chelated calcium based EquiFeast supplement on your horse recently.

After loading, the follow on version of Cool, Calm & Collected BOMBPROOF is a very price competitive calmer.

Great support from the team as well who helped understand how product works and interacts with our feeds/supplements.

    Shadows now accepted

Definitely an effective product, my horse doesn't spook at his own shadow or relocate at speed as much when on this. However, I am having trouble getting him to eat it at the moment.

    Great Product

Posted by Sharon on 23rd Mar 2021

Just started this about a month ago after my boy getting back into work following box rest. A month ago he was a bucking, rearing monster in hand when just coming out of the stable for a walk. Thought I’d never be able to get on him again, or at least for a good few months. Two weeks later I’m back in the saddle and riding a nice relaxed calm boy. Couldn’t rate this product high enough. Thank You

    Definitely an improvement!

This has had a calming effect on my Irish Draft. He has shown some improvement with his manners, confidence and he is far less spooky.

    Picky eater!

Posted by Alex on 4th Feb 2019

Has taken the edge off my sharp warmblood in some situations but think I saw better results with my last horse. This horse has been quite picky about eating it - had to try to disguise it with various feeds- so perhaps I have not seen the full effect yet!

    5 year old dressage mare

Posted by Rebekah Cox on 16th Oct 2017

5 year old dressage mare had been generally quite unsettled, despite living out 24/7 all summer. Following contact with one of the advisors at equifeast, it was suggested that I change her hard feed (it was very high in magnesium) and then introduce her onto the cool, calm and collected. We saw a noticeable difference in her attitude within a week and is now the calm, workable horse I thought she could be!

    Amazing product

I highly recommend this calmer my daughters horse was a very stressed out horse with traveling issues along with being very hyper when out in the company of other horses. Not anymore he's totally and unbelievably a different horse. He's a super chilled out boy and is doing so well for my daughter now.
