FineTUNE 3 - Tryptophan for strategic use on stressy occasions

I was recommended this product by Charlotte from Equifeast ( Malcolm is also so helpful ) I have been using cool core for many months with some success but we were still getting spooks out of no where! I tried 4 teaspoons 45 mins before riding and my goodness it’s a game changer ! My mare is just so much calmer and a delight to ride ! Charlotte had also said after a time she may just get used to this behaviour and I could ween her off this magic potion ! Totally recommend all Equifeast products ?

After speaking with Malcolm it was decided to try this after the initial loading of cool core. The difference when feeding this is such an improvement. My horse is able to settle and concentrate so much more.

One of our horses is wary of new environments and particularly indoor schools. I tried a low dose of Optimax for 3 days before a flatwork session at an unfamiliar arena. However, the weather took a turn for the worst and we had to go indoors to school. Hail battered on the roof, thunder and lightening, doors rattling. Normally he would have been unridable. Although he was naturally concerned, there was no panic. I could stay mounted, pause and calm him and we could continue. Optimax helped him over a huge hurdle and the next visit to the same arena was a pleasure, for him and me. He was confident and worked beautifully. I would definitely use Optimax again for a stressy horse in "first time" or challenging situations.

I saw the bombproofing ccc advertised and was advised as my horse was already on the standard ccc to add pptimax to his feed alongside the standard ccc to see if it would be suitable. I even got a free trial! Results have been brilliant so I've switched to the ccc bombproofing and am just waiting to see if all stays the same!
