Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "View cart" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Payments
In the UK we can accept PayPal, Visa debit/Delta, Switch/Maestro UK, Visa credit cards and MasterCard.

UK Delivery Schedule

Standard service £2.50 UK: delivery usually next day until 6pm but not guaranteed.

Deliveries to Highlands/Islands will take longer.

Orders received before 3.00 p.m. are normally despatched that day. Pallet quantities are normally despatched the next day.

Overseas Orders
Our website currently only accpets UK orders, please e-mail us at advice@calinnova.com for other EU or export orders.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added where applicable. Certain products are zero rated for VAT. All other export orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.

Returns Policy
At EquiFeast, we stand behind our products and want you to be happy with them.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return unopened products in their original condition for a refund minus any shipping charges which were applied.  Returns must be made within 14 days of order receipt.  Our friendly customer service advisors are on hand to answer any queries which you may have.  Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

These standard terms and conditions are subject to any other terms and conditions provided to you or to which you are referred at the time of entering the competition.

• Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of Calinnova Ltd (trading as EquiFeast, The Birdcare Company, DrS and CROCdoc), its printers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competitions.
• The entrant(s) must be aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required.
• Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, indecipherable, or inaudible (if made by phone) will not be valid and deemed void.
• All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
• Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post, or due to computer error in transit.
• The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
• The winner(s) is (are) responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes, including any necessary travel documents, passports and visas.
• Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers' terms and conditions.
• The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
• In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
