I never believed in calming supplements but can honestly say that this product has given me a young horse that can now focus on its training instead of reacting to every leaf falling from a tree. I love the fact it doesn’t sedate at all. She’s as spritely as ever, but the shift has been that instead of having to constantly’manage’ all her sharp reactions, I can plan a session positively and get her to quickly refocus on what I’m asking of her when she does have ‘a moment’.. I used to find it difficult working alone with my mare when all her reactions would go into overdrive because of separation anxiety, but we now have so much fun together and the whole experience for both of us has become so rewarding. Blue was always scared of his own shadow and would regularly see his imaginary friends out hacking ! He seems to able to process information better now as whilst about to enter a bridle path we came across a motorbike parked by the gateway and a chap camping to which he would have normally freaked out but he just stopped and looked and walked calmly through the gateway so definite improvement

This has been excellent for my anxious and sensitive young Connemara. He is much less jumpy since being on this feed. Really recommend it!

A brilliant product. I have a very spooky horse who badly damaged his SI joint 2.5 years ago. Every time we managed to mend him he would put in a violent spook and re-damage. On a combination of More Fibre and Cool Core Bombproofing he has become a different horse. We are now confident enough to add some More Work to the diet and slowly build him back up and maybe go to a few tiny parties. I am so grateful to Equifeast.

I started my new horse, Dave, on a feed that I had used for my previous boy with no problems at all. However Dave wasn't very keen on it and after about 6 weeks became very fussy, his behaviour became increasingly nervy, he started to stop out hacking and he was really grumpy in the stable, I got to the point of being so frightened to ride that I nearly gave up. I treated him for ulcers which did help and also contacted Equifeast. They were great and went through his current feed regime and behaviour with me. Equifeast came back with a diet plan and full explanation as to the reasoning behind it. I started Dave on the loading dose of CCC Bomproofing along with his current feed and when I still struggled to get him to eat, I contacted Equifeast who were again really helpful with ideas on making it more palatable....no added sugar custard powder really helped!. After speaking to Equifeast again as he really didn't like the feed, I decided to start the transition from his old feed to More Fibre 4 weeks in to the loading phase and we haven't looked back since. He has now been on the Bombproofing balancer and More Fibre for 2 weeks and what can I say except that, Dave loves it! He licks his bowl clean in minutes and his behaviour is improving all the time. He still looks at things out hacking and has the odd cheeky moment but is so much happier in himself and I am not petrified to ride him.

Used this now for a month or so and have had amazing results

My horse was getting worse every week for no apparent reason. I have tried many calming products with no success. I then tried Equifeast starter supplement, I did struggle to get her to eat it at first. But there began to be a slight improvement in her attitude. I thought it was worth moving onto the next supplement and I'm glad I did. She now eats it regularly,no problem and her attitude is much improved. She is no longer highly dangerous and is a pleasure to ride.
