Advanced Notice: Upcoming Price Increase

Dear Customer,

We wanted to give you some advance notice that our Directors are currently discussing a price increase that is likely to be introduced in the near future.

We have worked hard to avoid increasing our prices and, as many of you will know, we have not made any price changes for almost 18 months. During that time, we have been very conscious of the significant cost pressures facing businesses and households alike and have done our best to absorb rising costs wherever possible.

However, increasing operating expenses are making this increasingly difficult. In particular, courier despatch costs have risen substantially in recent months due to fuel surcharges, while shipping costs on imported goods continue to increase. These are just some of the many cost pressures affecting our business.

While no changes have been implemented yet, we wanted to give our valued customers as much notice as possible. If you are considering replenishing your stock or placing larger orders in the near future, it may be worthwhile reviewing your requirements over the next couple of weeks before any new pricing comes into effect.
