EquiFeast EU shipments

We suspended all EquiFeast shipments to the EU over Christmas and New Year to see how the couriers would cope. That seems to have been a good decision as DPD also suspended its service for a while. It looks like everything has settled and so we will be re-starting shipments from Wednesday 13^th Jan 2021.

If you order online from this UK website you will be charged in UK£s. Delivery charges (which vary by country) will be added at checkout and are charged per parcel up to the weight of 28kgs (product weight). So large orders will have multiple shipping charges applied.

There is no VAT on horse products (because they are technically a food producing animal) the tariff rate should be zero. So we do not expect any customers to be charged any extras to import them. Time will tell if the different EU countries agree with us.
